Project Description
The scope of work of this project is to perform the procurement, construction, testing and start-up services for :

Scope of Work

• The installation of a high level smokeless flare stack and the high pressure relief header system.
• The installation of a high level vapour vent system for the low pressure relief system.
• Upgrading of an existing vapour relief system.
• The required modification to the existing relief valve installations including replacement of the majority of the relief valves.
• The installation of two new solvent tanks complete with the associated pumps, piping instrumentation and electrical works.
• The installation of a substation to expand and modify the power, lighting, control, and protective systems of the refinery.
• The tie-in of the new or modified systems will be made during four planned shutdowns varying from seven to one day duration.
