Project Description
The project scope is a turn key job including detailed engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and one year warranty of chiller plant to produce 30,000 tons of refrigeration.

Scope of Work

• Ten (10) chiller units with 2,500 tons nominal each.
• Thermal energy storage (TES) tank providing the remainder of the capacity.
• Eight (8) cells cooling towers.
• Chilled water pumps and condenser water pumps.
• Instrumentation and controls.
• Electric power supply.
• Equipment variable frequency drives.
• Building construction with approximate dimension of 61 meters by 56 meters inclusive of basement, ground floor, mezzanine floor and roof.
• Building services including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and fire fighting works.
• Site developing, roads, walkways, Employees Parking Spaces with canopy, Security Fence and gates etc.
• TES Chilled Water Storage Tank, Water Storage Tanks.
