This construction, together with an expansion of the existing PP9 facility, made Riyadh one of the largest crude oil-fired ower plant in the world. Arabian Bemco Contracting Company was awarded the project by SEC.Works Started in 1995, and is fully online since August 2008. Arabian Bemco installed 56 GTG and 4 STG units in blocks A, B, C, D, E & F with a total of 5,980 MW.
